Siapa banyak jerawat angkat perut! yay kita mempunyai masalah dunia yang sama. Actually aku ada masalah ni since after spm which is since 4 years ago. But my case a bit unique. Bcs this prob mcm on and off. Kejap okay kejap tak.
This is the 3rd time muka aku breakout teruk. The first one masa form 6. Pastu masa aku semester 5 or 6 masa belajar kat uni. The newest is around 1 month ago. Breakout kali ni paling worst dalam sejarah aku rasa! At first dia naik jerawat banyak2. Ouh ya! This time my type of acne is cysts acne. The most disgusting acne. Other than ugly, acne jenis ni sangat itchy hokehhh.
After few month my acne started jadi unbearable. So aku decide tak nak pakai any skincare product lagi dah. Then i bought one cream from farmasi. Nama dia tidact. Alhamdulillah. In 2 weeks jerawat aku dah surut. Now tinggal yang halus2 tu je sikit. Hehehe.

Tadaaaa! This is tidact gel. Other than that, i also consume tidact pill. Oral medicine la kiranya. You can google by your own la. This cream cost around 16MYR and pill around 9MYR. These two boleh dapat kat farmasi. Gentle reminder, tidact pill boleh buat kau cherry berry. Tapi for me tak teruk la. Bcs aku ni sejenis umat susah nak buang air. Lps makan ubat ni memang hari2 membuang. Paling teruk twice a day. So if takut diarrhea, you can mix 4 capsule with 1 bottle eskinol (toner) and sapu la kat muka tiap2 malam.
